Insoles designed specifically for football and you
In football, there are side changes, jumps, and intense runs on hard surfaces (artificial turf and dry grass fields). This particularly strains the heel, Achilles tendon, and shin, potentially causing inflammation in these areas.
We make the insoles with a heel cup and a smaller arch support that centers the heel bone and reduces pull and twist in the Achilles tendon, as well as stabilizing the rearfoot.
Football boots fit tightly to the foot, and there is minimal shock absorption. With 3D printing, we can create good shock absorption in the minimal space available in the boot. This is especially noticeable when the heel of the boot hits the ground and the shock propagates up through the heel to the shin, knee, and back.
Artificial pitches are a challenge, especially for young players
When playing football on an artificial pitch, the many hard impacts travel up through the heel to the shin, knee, and back. This causes problems, especially for teenagers whose heels are not fully developed, often leading to pain in the heel area (medically known as Sever’s syndrome).
