The fat in the pads under the forefoot unfortunately gradually diminishes with age. Therefore, ZOLES® insoles are made from materials that are shock-absorbing and provide extra comfort.

Have you gone up a shoe size in recent years? It’s not because shoe manufacturers are making smaller shoes. This is due to a collapsed forefoot and an arch that drops too much when you step down on your foot. This lengthens the foot and creates a wider forefoot.
A collapsed forefoot can cause pain under the pads because blood vessels and nerves become pinched. A ZOLES® insole solves this problem with a metatarsal pad precisely placed under the arch, just before the forefoot pads.
